Personal Cask Sherry Seasoned Virgin Oak is a 200-litre capacity oak cask that has been handcrafted in the USA and then seasoned with sherry.

PLEASE NOTE – THIS PURCHASE IS FOR THE 5% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON A CASK OF WHISKY AS DETAILED BELOW.

Virgin Oak essentially means that this cask has never been used for anything before.  Maturation in virgin casks imparts more oak and extra vanilla sweetness to whiskies.

We will then season this cask with 200 litres of sherry, which can reside in the cask for between 3 months and 12 months.  The Personal Cask Sherry Seasoned owner can choose the length of time of seasoning with sherry.

We would expect the whisky to mature very quickly in this cask and would suggest a time of just over 3 years for maturing this spirit.

The full price for this Personal Cask – Sherry Seasoned Virgin Oak is HK$112’500 (approximately ¥100’200).  The 5% deposit for this cask is HK$5625 (approximately ¥5012) which is the price listed below.
